What happens if something goes down outside normal opening hours?
We offer 24/7 monitoring and support by agreement. Critical operational issues are handled as quickly as possible, including outside office hours (weekdays 08-17).
Where are your servers located?
All our hosting and cloud solutions run in ISO 27001-certified Danish data centres with redundant power, cooling and networking. Your data stays in Denmark.
Can we keep our current domain?
Yes. We can transfer your existing domain to our platform, or you can keep it with your current registrar — we configure DNS so everything points to the right place.
